This policy recognizes that our savings strategy courses require commitment, and we want to ensure you're genuinely ready to engage with the content.
Important: Refund requests made after accessing more than 20% of course materials will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering individual circumstances and learning outcomes achieved.
Special circumstances that may qualify for extended refund consideration include documented medical emergencies, job loss, or significant life events that prevent course completion. We require appropriate documentation to process these requests.

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-7 business days, though your bank may take an additional 1-2 billing cycles to process the credit fully.
For payments made via PayPal, refunds are usually visible in your account within 24-48 hours once processed. Bank transfers and direct debits may take 10-14 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution's processing procedures.
Please note: We cannot expedite refund processing beyond our standard timelines. Processing times are determined by payment processors and banking institutions, not melotharivane directly.
If you don't see your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider first, as processing delays occasionally occur on their end. Our customer service team can provide refund confirmation numbers to help track your payment.
Special Circumstances & Exceptions
We understand that life doesn't always go according to plan. melotharivane may approve refunds outside our standard policy for documented emergencies, including serious illness, family crises, or unexpected job loss that significantly impacts your ability to participate in our programs.
Students experiencing technical difficulties that prevent access to course materials for more than 72 hours may be eligible for partial refunds or course transfers. We work diligently to resolve technical issues, but recognize that persistent problems can impact your learning experience.
Course transfers to future sessions are often available as an alternative to refunds, allowing you to continue your financial education journey when circumstances improve. Transfer fees may apply depending on the time between sessions and administrative costs involved.
What Happens After Your Refund
Once your refund is approved and processed, your access to course materials, online resources, and community forums will be terminated within 24 hours. Any certificates or credentials earned during your enrollment period will be revoked and should not be used for professional purposes.
Downloaded materials, including PDFs, worksheets, and audio files, should be deleted from your devices as they remain melotharivane's intellectual property. We trust our students to honor these terms, though we understand that enforcing deletion is largely based on good faith.
Future Enrollment: Receiving a refund doesn't prevent you from re-enrolling in melotharivane programs later. We welcome students back when they're ready to fully commit to their financial education journey.
